HY- I cement grinding aids are powder products made from a variety of surface-active agents and non-chlorine inorganic material

  I Product Overview    HY-I high-efficient composite cement grinding aids are powder products made from a variety of surface-active agents and non-chlorine inorganic materials. It has functions of enhancing grinding and increasing cement strength. The products are in accordance with JC/T667-2004 "cement grinding aids". Type HY-I cement grinding aids (powder) access to national product quality certification, certificate #: 10908 P60148ROM.

II Main Properties of the Product   

1,Technical parameters    

Appearance: light grey or light pink;    

 Capacity: 850 ± 20 kg / m3;    

Fineness: sieve residue ≤ 5% for sieves with 0.3 mm square holes;    

 Moisture content: ≤ 2%.   

2, Features:    

 Raising cement strength: compressive strength at three days can increase by more than 20%, compressive strength at 28 days increased by 10 percent or more;    

 Increasing mineral additions by 8 to 10 percent, while maintaining the original cement strength grade;    

Increasing mill production by 5 to 10 percent.

III Use Scope and Dosage  

1,Use scope: they apply to the common Portland cements of different varieties and strength grades;  

2, Dosage:     (1) HY-IA: 0.4 ~ 0.5%;     (2) HY-IA1: 0.8 ~ 1.0%.
